Writers (Alphabetical Order)

Susannah Kopecky is a published writer, editor and teacher. She is continually fascinated by and curious about the wondrous world around her. She earned a BA in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with dual specializations in American Cultures & Global Contexts and in Early Modern Studies and is completing her Masters education as well. She has a background in journalism and a tenacious desire to learn as much as possible and share that knowledge. She enjoys writing on the intersection of many issues and subjects, from history to current events to science to literature and more, and her writings can be found on a multitude of topics.

Brendan Pringle is currently pursuing a BA in English at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. Last year, he studied Italian Language/Literature and European Politics in Florence, Italy. This international experience afforded him an eyewitness account of Western European culture and politics. Growing up in a family business, he understands the perspective of private industry, and knows that green solutions can’t be forced on people. Stacey Warde writes from his home in Cayucos, Calif., where he tends a two-acre container farm of blueberries not far from scenic coastal Highway 1. He has received numerous awards for his writing and is a former publisher of the literary magazine, The Rogue Voice.

Melody Stanford, founder and editor of Green Living Press, is a sustainability enthusiast and full time Marketing Director and graphic designer for the environmentally friendly family-owned company Loomis Tank Centers. On a fateful day in 2010, she convinced her magnanimous boss to sponsor GLP, because “green” education is not only good for long-term business, its also empowering to the community and the future we all share. Melody graduated from Wheaton College (IL) in 2007 with a dual degree in Business and Theology. In Melody’s free time she is an avid gardener, songwriter, dog nut and reader of great novels.
